Vet Gets A New Roof from AmeriPro Roofing
Three organizations are coming together to give a Bloomington vet a brand new roof.
Ted Tribbett’s roof was showing its age – nearly 20 years. So, AmeriPro Roofing, Habitat for Humanity of McLean County, and Owens Corning Roofing Company all pitched in to fix it.
“I just thank the Lord that all of this was put together for us,” Tribbett, a Vietnam veteran, said. “Comes at a time when it was much needed due to health conditions, income was slow coming in, and so a lot of good things from a lot of good people.”
“The roof was in pretty rough shape, with three layers of previous shingles on it,” Nick Rosynek, chief communications officer with AmeriPro Roofing, said. “Of all products to be able to improve his home, to actually replace the roof over his head, and know that his family is resting safe and secure inside is one of the biggest benefits that I think we can take away from it.”
The project should be done before the end of the week.
